Heard Not Named

Be heard.
Not named.

Simple surveys. Completely anonymous.

Sample responses

"Closing crews are stretched too thin on event nights, and everyone knows it."

"My manager is the reason I've stayed three years."

"Nobody has ever asked us what would make the employee dining room better. Here's my list."

The Design

How you stay anonymous

We never ask who you are

No name, no email, no login, no ID. We can't tell anyone who said what — we never know.

One link. No tracking.

One code for the whole team. No personal links, no tracking IDs.

Nothing about your phone is saved

No IP address, no device info, not even the time you answered — a timestamp plus a shift schedule points at a person.

Your employer never sees the raw answers

Answers go to Chalkline, an outside company. They're never on your workplace's systems.

Results come out as group totals only

Totals and trends, never a single answer. Groups under five people aren't shown at all.

One answer per phone

A done-mark stays on your phone so repeats don't count. It never leaves your phone.

Then everything gets deleted

After the report, the answers are erased for good.

Running One

People answer on their phones

No login, under two minutes.
